At Temenos, I led multiple RFP-driven design projects for global banking clients. One of the most significant was the Mortgage Offering, created as part of an RFP response for a multinational client.
The project wasn’t about designing screens in isolation — it was about demonstrating how the Temenos ecosystem, with its omnichannel capabilities, could integrate seamlessly into the client’s operations. During my tenure, I worked across both B2B and B2C contexts, often creating experiences that showed how banks could leverage Temenos’ platform to deliver consistent customer journeys across web, mobile, and branch channels.
All work was grounded in the Temenos Design System, ensuring scalability, brand alignment, and coherence across a platform already used by 800+ banks worldwide.

Explored, conceptualized, and prototyped opportunities for integrating Temenos’ XAI capabilities into the mortgage flow, working with stakeholders to highlight how explainable AI could enhance decision-making and transparency.
Designed with the system, not just the screen: mapped interactions across users, workflows, and compliance logic to ensure solutions respected both product constraints and platform-level rules.
Collaborated across silos: partnered with product specialists, sales agents, and internal banking teams to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys.
Led cross-functional design efforts: worked with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to co-create solutions grounded in technical feasibility and user empathy.
Maintained system-wide consistency: ensured all outputs aligned with the Temenos Design System, enabling reuse and scalability.
Brought feedback into the loop: integrated findings from usability sessions and agent feedback, iterating designs to address real-world challenges.

Bulk Uploads: For large, multi-variant orders, introduced an Excel upload flow, letting agents handle variations faster and with fewer errors.
Layout Exploration: Compared single-page vs. multi-step flows:
Prototyping & Testing: Built rapid prototypes to test with agents under real workflows. Quick validation cycles ensured designs aligned with their mental models while staying feasible for developers.
